fresh fruits

muşmula are being harvest in the spring time. it is sweet like plum.
150 gr of muşmula: 0,2 Protein, 0,5 fat, 38 calorie, 14 calsium, 0,6 ferum, 312 vitamin A, 0,2 niasin, and 7,8 vitamin C.

erik (plum), same with muşmula that being harvest in the spring and summer. some of the green are sour but some of them are sweet. but later it will become red and become sweet.
